Looking for some advice from someone with experience...I am 64 and in pretty decent shape(so says the Dr.) for my age ...The only problem is I am retired now and he wants me to cut down on my belly size...Want to order one of the ones I've seen on tv and would like to get some advice from some of you guys that may workout and which program do you use and would recommend... looking at T25...Body Beast and P90x3...Suggestions....Thanks in advance...He is telling me if I get to where he wants me he is going to let me get off my BP medicine...

Don't go hardcore yet. Download ten minute personal trainer the same guy that does p90x. Then ease into the hard stuff

I left that one out , but have seen it also...Iiked the T25 one because it has the modification stuff in it till you can do the basic stuff, but also liked the P90x3 because it seems to have more wt . training in it...

But really... kudos for wanting to stay in shape. Working in health care, I wish more people took your approach.
Thank you...I enjoy feeling good and staying up with the gkids
Now I have the time and I just want to take it to another level...Nothing dramatic just trying to not look my age...For you young guys(pre 40) so I would encourage you to get started young...Still looking for recommendations on which program to try..

If you're 64 and not already in really good shape stay away from T25, it'll kill you.
