Illinois has real athletes and talent, just haven’t put it together. Not surprised they finally did and they will be a very tough out in Champagne. No easy games in BT. I only see MSU as top 5 talent but we’ve got about a dozen teams that can play with anyone outside the top 10.
Give Illinois credit. Haven't let the bad record get them down. They do have athletes and more are coming for a young team. We'll really have to step up our game (ie, start making some baskets) to beat them down there.
