It's nice to know we're not the only ones. Louisville pulled a complete Northwestern tonight.

Louisville was ahead by 23 with 11 minutes left in the game.

They were ahead by 14 with 6 minutes left.

Then Duke pulled out a zone press. This is where Louisville Northwestern-d the game.

They completely freaked out. Nobody on Louisville wanted to touch the ball. They could barely get the ball over half court.

And they have a point guard!! :p

They looked a lot like NU in crunch time, didn’t they? Duke pressed them and NOBODY wanted the ball. Complete meltdown.

Yup, not easy for most teams, even withh a point guard, when a team presses when they generally don't. Few teams do the Loyola Marymount 40 minites of hell rhing anymore, so there is probabpy not a ton of game planning agajnst it. Penn State looked nearly as bad against the press, and also might have lost had Michigan not clmmitted some untimely turnovers of their own.
