Six-year deal that is set to begin Dec. 17 and will go until 11:59 p.m. Dec. 31, 2028.

Annualized base salary:
Year one and two - $1,100,000
Year three - $1,150,000
Year four - $1,200,000
Year five - $1,250,000
Year six - $1,300,000

West Virginia is responsible for paying the buyout at North Texas $250,000.

If West Virginia would terminate without cause they would owe Baker 75% of the remaining base salary that would be paid to employee pursuant to the agreement if Employee remained employed through the Termination date the University's payment obligation under this paragraph shall be offset by any amounts Employee earns comparable athletic related employment, including any incentive or bonus compensation, over the remaining term of employment had this agreement not been terminated

On Baker's side it would be $1,000,000 for year one, $800,000 for year two, $600,000 for year three, $400,000 for year four, $200,000 for year five and $0 for year six.

There are incentives including $50,000 if attendance at Milan Puskar Stadium for regular season football games for the agreement year is at least 10% over the previous agreement year and $25,000 if the average attendance at the WVU Coliseum for men's regular season basketball games increases at least 10%. That is paid attendance.

$25,000 if any team wins an NCAA Championship.

That's looks marketable,
but it would be nice if West Virginia would actually get

I expect one of Wrens first things will be talking with Neal and his agent to work on the buyout cost of Neal's contract.
