They have the following caveat on their page: "These are still based on our limited knowledge of how the formula is calculated, which I know is not 100% accurate." Given that the formula is very straight forward, I am not sure what the differences would be other than inputs. For example, I noticed that they include seven Mercyhurst wrestlers in their rankings even though Mercyhurst is not a D1 school.
Maybe WS has some data issues at the margin, but we are going with it anyway.

While Penn State has four of the top twenty individual RPIs, it is two Oklahoma State wrestlers with the toughest individual schedules so far.
