PHARU The undersigned read your article pertaining to Pearl Harbor.
In November 1941 the undersigned, then Lt. Colonel of the AMERICAN VOLUNTEER GROUP of the General Staffe General Airforce made a reconnaissance flight with GENERAL CLAIRE CHENNAULT over VLADIVISTOCK, RUSSIA.
The American Volunteer Group made photograph of a Russian carrier being prepared for an attack against Pearl Harbor.
The actual perpetrators of the PEARL HARBOR ATTACK was RUSSIA and CHINA Japan.
The Russians were loading RUSSIAN BUILT COPIES of the JAP MODEL ZERO "A" and BATTY PLANES on the Giant carrier the carrier appeared to a British built carrier or England type carrier from her line as saw it.
General Chennault and myself made photos of this carrier [NOW] adjacent operating Wash. D. C. to F. Do R. via agents of the Office of Strategic Services of Major.Gen.Wm. J. Donovan.
Also copies of the photo of the Russian aircraft carrier were placed in the files at the BLYING TIGERS AIRFORCE then A. V. G.
Our Korean agents of the Korean Labor Battalions then employed in Vladivistock reported in October of 1941 that the Russians were loading a carrier with MODEL BUILT COPIES of the Japanese ZERO FIGHTER PLANE and copies of the JAPANESE "BETTY" PLANE.
The fighter plane pilots were of Asiatic origin that is [part of] MONGOLIAN STOCK AND MANCHURIA and also part by Russians of the Asiatic types—however all pilots were RUSSIAN NATIONALS OF THE SOVIET UNION. The Russian directed and based attack group left VLADIVISTOCK, RUSSIA to attack Pearl Harbor.
The reason that the Russians planned the attack is possibly because of the German -Japanese Combined plans to attack Russia.
We therefore when Russia bombed PearlHarbor it precipitated a war between the United States and Japan on the thesis of [CONTRADICTED WARRANT] that is the plan caused the U.S. to declare war on Japan whereas -the real culprit was Stalin and the Communists.
The Koreans even secured stolen Russian orders of Stalin ordering the attack which were also sent via agents and Gen. Chennault to Washm. D. C.—also previously in late 1940 the military intelligence section of the U. S. S. secured the Japanese code book from the royal palace of Emperor Hirohito of Japan.
The Japanese Imperial Army was then currently preparing an attack on Manchuria and Russia and Vladivistock in order to wipe out infantry of the Jap Communist Army of the infamous Lt. GEN. KENJOI DOIHARA who was later killed at Battle of Hongkong China in Dec. 1941 at which time the army of Kowloon of the Jap Black Dragon Society or Society of the Amur attacked Hongkong.
The Black Dragon Society were organised by Stalin and Trotsky and Lenine 1919—and later began the Communist conquest of Manchuria under Boitbare in 1931.
This group of the Japanese[illegible]—Russian Communists and Bolsheviks of the Far East —precipitated the W. W. 2 war of Japan 1936.
