Minnesota may have been slightly over seeded, but I think it was just as much a matter of MTSU being underseeded. Remarkable turnaround for the Gophers from last year. They're going to be a tough out for a while.

Lynch was a train wreck Thursday, which certainly didn't help the Gophers.

Lynch committed stupid foul(s), Mason didn't really show up and was injured, no depth. MTSU was the better team yesterday. Hopefully My Gophers can build off of this. Should be a better team next season. Springs (hurt/ out yesterday) will be hard to replace though.

Hopefully the Wildcats will keep me smiling this weekend. Well that and Gopher hockey...
