An he "literally" says i have to play for 50 minutes. 49:49. 49.48.
The only time I ever left a concert mad. He put that much effort into it. Last "song" was Somewhere Over the Rainbow. No encore. It's close to 15 years ago but I am still mad.

Saw him in Nashville last year, great concert. He play about 1.5 hours however was somewhat disappointed he played No Cream songs and he did the Acoustic version of Layla not the hard rock version.

Man I loved him as a kid. The only guy my dad listened to that I actually could deal with. In the late 90’s our all star baseball team listened to cocaine to the little league World Series for 8 straight hours.

It beat Elvis, The Beach Boys, the Righteous Brothers, and Motown. He wouldn’t share the radio or CD player.

I still know most Beach Boys songs by heart and I’m in my 30’s.

Saw him back on the 90s on the Nothing But the Blues tour. Gatemouth Brown opened for him and came back out for a couple of songs. Great show.

I was at that one....and saw him at MSG before covid. He hits the 1 1/2 -2 hour mark....anything longer and his hands start to bother him. Excellent shows FWIW, and given his catalog, there will be some things left out.
