Has anyone tried this yet? This option is the most appealing to me. Cox just raised our bill another $10/month. Ready to dump them.

I have been using it, along with Philo TV to fill the gaps, for the last month and am really happy with the two services. It took us about a week to get used to the change but after the week, we are very happy that we dumped DTV.

If you're looking to replace cable with something exactly like what you have then don't bother because it's not cable, it's not going to be like it that's why you want to leave right?????

My advice is to buy a Roku streaming stick and give it a try (they have a trial), even with the $5 price increase yesterday it's well worth it, especially if you're a sports fan.

How long have you had Cox? They're notorious for raising their bill all the time, but also notorious for backing down and reducing the rate if you threaten to cancel.
