Ocean Springs (Miss.) St. Martin four-star wide receiver Noreel White has decommitted from the Arkansas Razorbacks. He announced the news on Twitter.

White had been committed to Arkansas since March 13.

The 6-foot-0.5, 190-pound pass-catcher is the No. 307 overall prospect and No. 52 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 9 player in Mississippi.

“First off I would like thank Coach Pittman and Coach Woodson and the Arkansas Staff for believing in my abilities and trusting my since Day 1. The Fayetteville fan base and community was great,” White tweeted. “After much consideration and talks with my loved ones it is in my best interest to decommit from the University of Arkansas and reopen my recruitment. Arkansas will still be one of my top choices, respect my decision.”

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM), Ole Miss has now emerged as the favorite to be White’s landing spot. The Rebels sit with a 90.1% chance to land his pledge

White’s decision to decommit leaves Arkansas with 16 commitments in its 2024 class. That group ranks as the No. 20 class in the country and No. 11 in the SEC.

White currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $44K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
