Georgia Bulldogs head football coach Kirby Smart just led his team to a National Championship last season, and with he is enjoying some down time with spring ball now in the rearview mirror. Earlier in the week, Smart played in the 2022 Peach Bowl Challenge, an annual charity golf tournament.

Following the tournament, Smart discussed a number of things outside of football, including which shows he enjoys to watch in his downtime.

“We’ve done Ozark, we’ve done Yellowstone, we’ve done 1883, it’s off of Yellowstone,” Smart said. And we’ve done a couple others recently to kind of look around. Anatomy of a Scandal and a couple others, but we go with Ozark and Yellowstone mostly.”

Smart has been Georgia’s head coach for the past six seasons, and the Bulldogs have never won less than eight games during his tenure. Since taking over in 2016, Smart has led Georgia to six bowl victories. The Bulldogs made it to the College Football Playoff championship in 2017 and won the national title this past season. Overall, Smart is 66-15 as a head coach and 6-2 in bowls.

On Tuesday, Smart and former Ole Miss, Auburn, Texas Tech, and Cincinnati coach Tommy Tuberville teamed up to compete in the Peach Bowl Challenge. In a loaded group of competitors from across the college football coaching ranks, Smart and Tuberville ultimately finished the round in fourth place with a combined final score of +44. Smart earned $12,500 which will go to The Kirby Smart Foundation, and Tuberville earned the same amount for the Tommy Tuberville Foundation.

Before he began his round, though, Smart was pranked. As he hit a shot on the range, the ball turned into a ball of smoke, resulting in a hilarious moment to kick off the action.

Randy Edsall and Houston Nutt ultimately won the 2022 Peach Bowl Challenge, with Pat Narduzzi and Rick Neuheisel coming in second and Chip Lindsey and Dan Mullen rounding out the top three.
