Panama City (Fla.) A. Crawford Mosley four-star cornerback Cameron Keys has announced his commitment to the Missouri Tigers. He announced the news on Twitter.

Keys chose the Tigers over Kentucky and Vanderbilt.

The 6-foot-0, 160-pound defensive back is the No. 283 overall prospect and No. 30 cornerback in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 41 player in Florida.

On3 rates Keys higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2024 On300, he is the No. 156 overall prospect, No. 24 cornerback ad No. 23 player in Florida.

Missouri extended an offer to Keys on Feb. 8 and he was campus for the first time on March 18. He returned on Jun 23 for an official visit following officials to Kentucky and Vanderbilt.

After a bit of a slow start to the 2024 recruiting cycle, Missouri’s picked up some steam since late June. Keys’ pledge is the sixth since June 30.

The Tigers picked up a pair of commitments from wide receiver Jude James and safety Jackson Hancock on June 30. Those two commitments were followed up by pledges from athlete Cam Dooley (July 1), three-star defensive lineman Justin Bodford (July 2) and three-star linebacker Nicholas Rodriguez (July 3).

Cameron Keys currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $49K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
