Missouri has extended an offer to Lake Cormorant (Miss.) four-star defensive lineman Kamarion Franklin.

Franklin is the No. 28 overall recruit in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Chicago St. Ignatius defensive lineman Justin Scott, Oklahoma City (Okla.) IMG Academy four-star defensive lineman David Stone and Los Alamitos (Calif.) four-star defensive lineman T.A. Cunningham are the three defensive linemen ranked ahead of Franklin in the On3 Consensus.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $97k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Kamarion Franklin Scouting Summary

Edge defender that projects to DT who wreaks havoc on opposing offenses with his get off and brute strength. Ran an electronically-timed 5.28 40 and jumped a 25” vertical in the spring prior to his junior season. A two-sport athlete who also plays basketball. Disruptive off the edge and lives in the backfield. Totaled 11 sacks as a junior. Instinctive and heady player for a sophomore. Has some hip stiffness but makes up for it with foot speed and play recognition.
