Three-star 2023 Peculiar (Mo.) Ray-Pec wide receiver Jaidyn Doss holds more than a half-dozen Power Five offers, and he tweeted Tuesday that he’ll visit Missouri for the Tigers Oct. 16 game against No. 15 Texas A&M.

The 6-foot, 205-pound Doss won the Otis Taylor award last season as a sophomore, given to the top wide receiver in the Kansas City area. He finished the 2020 campaign with 46 receptions for 973 yards and eight touchdowns in 12 games for the Panthers.

He holds offers from Missouri, Colorado, Michigan, TCU, Nebraska, Kansas State, Iowa State and Kansas. He’s scheduled a visit to Michigan for the Wolverines’ Nov. 6 game against Indiana, and he took unofficial visits to Missouri and Kansas over the summer.

Missouri doesn’t have any players currently committed in the 2023 class, but the state features six consensus four-star prospects in that crop. And about half a dozen more, like Doss, are right on the cusp of that status.

The Tigers have had recent success in the Kansas City area, getting a commitment from 2022 three-star offensive lineman Armand Membou, as well as three-star defensive lineman Jalen Marshall and wide receicer Mehki Miller.
