Baylor tight end transfer Jake Roberts commits to Oklahoma

Former Baylor Bears tight end Jake Roberts has found a new home with a former Baylor Big 12 rival. On Monday, Roberts revealed from his social media account that he will be heading to Norman, OK, after committing to play for Brent Venables and the soon to be Oklahoma Sooners of the SEC in 2024.

Roberts played high school football at Norman North High in Norman, OK, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 1352 overall recruit in the 2020 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
