Four-star interior offensive lineman Eddy Pierre-Louis of Tampa (FL) Catholic High announced his commitment to Oklahoma Friday afternoon.

The 6-foot-4, 320 IOL chose the Sooners over UCF, Oregon, and Miami.

“I have always kept a good relationship with coach B, the Oline coach. We talk every other day just for him to check up on me and the fam. He produces great offensive lineman and I feel he can do the same for me. Coach Venables is great. He has a great character as a coach and I respect that about him and he loves his players.”

His relationship with the coaching staff and their plan for him played a role in his decision as well.

“I have a good relationship with the coaches, but I am closest with my coach. Coach B he had always been straight forward and told me no lies. They plan on having me play guard.”

The Sunshine State offensive lineman joins coach Brent Venables and the Sooners’ top 10 2024 class. He is accompanied by five-star defensive lineman David Stone, four-star running back Taylor Tatum, and others.
