Ocean Springs (Miss.) St. Martin four-star wide receiver Noreel White is just two days away from his commitment. One SEC school is the overwhelming favorite in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM). White is set to commit on Friday.

Ole Miss has a 94.3% chance to land White’s commitment according to the RPM. On3 National Recruiting Analyst Sam Spiegelman entered an expert prediction with a 60% confidence level at the start of August for the Rebels.

White initially committed to Arkansas in March before decommitting on August 1. The 6-0.5, 190-pound White is the nation’s No. 310 overall prospect and No. 52 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 9 player in Mississippi.

“Noreel White took a visit to Ole Miss while he was still committed to Arkansas, then reopened his recruitment shortly thereafter,” On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons wrote earlier this week. “The Rebels stayed consistent with White and although the four-star wide receiver out of Ocean Springs (Miss.) St. Martin has Arkansas, LSU and Mississippi State on his list, Ole Miss looks to be a heavy favorite.”

White took multiple Ole Miss visits after committing to Arkansas, including trips in April, May and July. He has visited Oxford more than any other school.

White does not currently have a public On3 NIL Valuation. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

White would bolster top 25 Rebels class

White could be the 21st recruit to pledge to Ole Miss in the 2024 cycle, if he were to choose the Rebels. Ole Miss’ class ranks No. 23 in the 2024 On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 12 in the SEC. The class received a major boost last weekend with the commitment of Lake Cormorant (Miss.) four-star defensive lineman Kamarion Franklin — the nation’s No. 39 prospect. White would be the first blue-chip receiver to join the class, joining New Orleans (La.) Edna Karr three-star Rahji Dennis, McComb (Miss.) three-star SanFrisco Magee and Jackson (Miss.) Callaway three-star Jeremy Scott.
