Former UCLA quarterback Dante Moore is looking at a potential visit to Oregon next week, On3’s Chad Simmons has learned. One of the top quarterbacks in the transfer portal, Moore is looking for a developmental situation, according to On3’s Pete Nakos.

Moore — a former Five Star Plus+ quarterback — is currently the No. 4-ranked transfer in the portal so far this cycle, according to the On3 Industry Transfer Rankings. He appeared in nine games as a freshman at UCLA, completing 53.5% of his passes for 1,610 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Other schools could also get visits from Moore in the coming weeks, according to Simmons. Nakos previously reported Michigan as one of the schools that has also been in contact with Moore, a Detroit native.

Dante Moore played high school football at Martin Luther King (MI) High School, where he was a five-star prospect. He was the No. 3 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
