2025 4-star WR Jaden Nickens offered by Texas Tech
2025 Oklahoma City (Okla.) Millwood four-star wide receiver Jaden Nickens received an offer from Texas Tech on Wednesday night. He announced the news on social media on Wednesday night.
Nickens is a four-star recruit, according to On3. He was included in the On3 2025 Football Prospect Watch List.
The 6-foot-3, 170 pound wideout has received three offers so far. They are from North Texas, Texas Tech and UTSA.

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, it is a close race between all three schools for Nickens’ commitment. North Texas leads at 38.1% and the Red Raiders have the next-best odds at 33.3%. Meanwhile, UTSA has the third-best chance at 28.6%.

Regarding Texas Tech, the Red Raiders’ 2025 recruiting class has no commitments. Texas Tech’s 2024 recruiting class currently has two pledges in Madisonville (Texas) three-star athlete Lorenzo Johnson and Hawley (Texas) three-star athlete Chandlin Myers.
The Red Raiders’ 2023 recruiting class is currently No. 24 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 4 in the Big 12. Additionally, Texas Tech’s group contains 25 commitments and is composed of four four-stars and 21 three-stars.
Nickens has an On3 NIL Valuation of $24K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
