Tufts transfer wide receiver Jaden Richardson commits to USC

The USC Trojans have added another weapon to their offense. On Tuesday, Lincoln Riley and the Trojans added highly touted transfer wide receiver Jaden Richardson from out of the portal.

Richardson is a California Bay Area native who went across the country to play collegiate ball, spending four seasons with the Tufts football program in Massachusetts. In 2023, the 6-foot-3 wideout would put together his best statistical season at the DIII program. Richardson would finish the year recording 46 receptions for 830 yards and an impressive 13 touchdown catches.

Upon entering the NCAA transfer portal, Richardson received offers from several notable Power-5 programs, including other soon-to-be former members of the Pac-12 conference such as Washington, Utah, and Cal, according to WeAreSC’s Marshall Levenson.

Unfortunately, there is no recruiting information on Richardson in On3’s Industry Ranking database.
