Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei four-star wide receiver and USC signee Raleek Brown is using his NIL potential to pay it forward for the next generation.

Brown announced he will be holding his first youth camp in May for players between fourth and 11th grade.

The camp will be free and held in Brown’s hometown of Stockton, Calif. Stockton is located about 90 minutes east of San Francisco.

Brown won’t be the only big name to make an appearance as Houston Texasn wideout and 2013 Biletnikoff Award winner Brandin Cooks will also be at the camp.

Cooks is also a Stockton native, playing for Stockton (Calif.) Lincoln before heading to Oregon State.

Even though the camp is free, it would not have been possible for Brown to run and promote it without NIL.

Brown has an On3 NIL Valuation of $85,000, which is the 13th-highest valuation among high school football players. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Raleek Brown is a key signee for USC

Raleek Brown is the No. 70 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He is the ninth-best wide receiver in the class and fifth-best player from the state of California.

USC’s recruiting class is ranked 50th in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking, largely in part to having only eight signees in the group — although there are 13 players who trasnferred in.

Brown is one of three players ranked in the top 100 to commit to USC along with Five-Star Plus+ cornerback and high school teammate Domani Jackson and Las Vegas Bishop Gorman four-star safety Zion Branch.
