Eli and Peyton Manning have plenty of fond memories to look back on from their NFL careers. However, for Eli Manning, not even his two Super Bowls can top the time he gave his brother an atomic wedgie during a golf trip.

Eli joined Joe Buck and Michael Collins at the PGA Championship over the weekend to recall the story. It all took place in their hotel room prior to the day with some brotherly roughhousing. After Peyton went a little too far, however, Eli stepped in to take advantage.

“I was getting dressed and sitting in my bed and (Peyton) tried to tackle me,” Eli Manning remembered. “He kind of overshot and got stuck between the bed and a wall. I gave him an atomic wedgie. The underwear got over his head. And that was my proudest moment of my entire life.”

Peyton and Eli Manning have managed to stay in the spotlight during their retirement by hosting the Manning Cast, an alternative broadcast to ESPN’s Monday Night Football. Although Eli Manning has yet to give his brother an atomic wedgie on air, the broadcast still received excellent ratings, with an average of 1.58 million viewers per game. They attracted stars such as LeBron James, Tom Brady, Condoleezza Rice, David Letterman and many more to be featured guests on the show.

The are set to return to the Manning Cast together next season, where they’ll hope to build on a successful first year.

Eli Manning reveals dream guest for Manningcast

Eli Manning revealed his dream guest for the Manning Cast, and the answer is presidential. According to the Two-time Super Bowl champion, President Barack Obama would be his choice.

“Maybe a President,” Manning told TMZ at the Fanatics Super Bowl party when asked about his dream guest. “Barack Obama would be pretty good.

“I think we can get him.”

Evidently, Manning is dreaming big for guests in 2022. Luckily, both Eli and his brother Peyton Manning have met Obama. In 2011, Eli Manning’s Giants visited the White House to celebrate their Super Bowl victory, and Peyton Manning’s Broncos did the same in 2016.

Moreover, the Manning brothers had a bevy of entertaining guests on their show for the 2021-22 season. The biggest names in football, like Tom Brady and Michael Strahan, joined the biggest names in pop culture, like Snoop Dogg and Kevin Hart. Heck, Eli Manning even got a beautiful chain out of the deal, gifted from Snoop Dogg for Eli’s birthday.

The Manning Cast was a delight throughout the season. Whether Barack Obama joins the show or not, the football world awaits their next show eagerly.
