Las Vegas updates odds with Super Bowl 56 days away

After another exciting weekend of NFL football in the conference championship, followed by the Pro Bowl festivities, Las Vegas oddsmakers have set the odds for Super Bowl 56. The matchup is set with the Los Angeles Rams hosting the Cincinnati Bengals and there is an early favorite.
Heading into Wildcard Weekend three weeks ago, the Rams had the sixth-best odds to win it all. The Bengals had the ninth-best odds. Now only those two remain.
Los Angeles went all-in on winning with the 2021-22 team. They added Matthew Stafford and Von Miller, and as a result, they have no first-round draft picks until 2024. After taking down the 49ers and winning “a trip” to SoFi for Super Bowl 56, it all seems well worth it for the new Super Bowl favorites.
Not many people expected the Bengals to be where they are this season. After losing back-to-back games to the New York Jets and Cleveland Browns in Weeks 8 and 9, most people counted Cincinnati out. After splitting their next four games to hit 7-6 through Week 14, the Bengals won three games in a row, including one against the Chiefs to reach 10-6.

More on Super Bowl 56
The Super Bowl matchup is set between the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams, and now, so too are the betting lines for the biggest game of the year.
The Rams opened up as 3.5-point favorites over the Bengals in the Super Bowl 56 odds but that number has risen to -4.5 over the past week. The Super Bowl MVP award is among the most hotly contested with Matt Stafford leading the way at +115. Joe Burrow lands just behind him at +225 odds. Postseason hero and Bengals kicker Evan McPherson is tied with several other with the long odds of +10000.
At the end of the regular season, the Bengals sat at 10-7 as AFC North champions. Cincinnati beat the Las Vegas Raiders in the Wild Card round and the top-seeded Tennessee Titans in the Divisional round. They took down the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime, after going down 21-3 early then losing the OT coin toss.
