As you can see, the NFL is confident the Dolphins will be a solid team in 2022. Miami traded for former Kansas City Chiefs star wide receiver Tyreek Hill during the off-season, and now the franchise has multiple primetime showdowns this year.

The franchise possess immense potential, but they’ll be tested in Week 1 — a matchup against the defending champions of the AFC East — the Buffalo Bills — will start their season. If they can find a win against Josh Allen and company, the rest of the NFL will be on notice.

Then, the Steelers will be looking to rain on Miami’s parade, as Pittsburgh travels down to face the Dolphins in Week 2. Whether it’s Kenny Pickett or Mitchell Trubisky slinging the rock remains to be seen, but a win for either team would be huge in their hunt for an AFC Wild Card spot.

Perhaps the most exciting game on the schedule will happen Christmas Day, as the Packers will travel with Chris Kringle to take on the Dolphins in Miami. Whether either team is in a celebratory mood remains to be seen, but there’s worse places than Miami for Green Bay faithful to spend their Christmas.
