ESPN and Omaha Productions on Monday afternoon released a guest list for the Week 7 edition of ‘ManningCast,’ and the Manning brothers have a star-studded group for the New Orleans Saints-Seattle Seahawks contest.

The four ManningCast guests revealed on Twitter were Marshawn Lynch, Tom Brady, Sue Bird and Drew Brees.

Marshawn Lynch, who retired for the second time following the 2019 season, won Super Bowl XLVIII with the Seahawks and tallied 10,413 rushing yards and 85 rushing touchdowns over the course of his 13-year NFL career. Lynch, a product of California, was named to five Pro Bowls and two NFL All-Pro teams, all while solidifying his spot as one of the best running backs of the 2010s. Known by his nickname “Beast Mode,” Lynch should provide lots of entertainment to the Week 7 ManningCast.

Brady, on the other hand, still looks as effective as ever quarterbacking the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, despite being 44 years old. The seven-time Super Bowl champion, 14-time NFL Pro Bowler and five-time NFL All-Pro selection is by most standards the greatest quarterback of all time; he joins Monday night’s ManningCast just one day after throwing the 600th touchdown pass of his career.

Bird is one of the greatest players in WNBA history, notching four WNBA Championships, 12 WNBA All-Star nods and solidifying her spot on eight All-WNBA teams over the course of her 18-year career. She’s listed as the third guest on Monday night’s ManningCast.

Lastly, Brees, who won a Super Bowl and was named to 13 Pro Bowls during his Hall of Fame-worthy career, has since joined NBC Sports as a football analyst. Eli Manning was originally drafted by the Chargers to replace Brees, but after demanding a trade to the Giants, he never suited up in San Diego.

ManningCast returns to ESPN2 after hiatus

The past three weeks of Monday Night Football just haven’t been the same without the popular ESPN2 alternate broadcast known as the ManningCast.

Hosted by Eli and Peyton Manning, ESPN2 provides a lighthearted, entertaining lens through which the Monday night game is televised, and the alternate feed will make its long-awaited return on Oct. 25. The Manning brothers tell stories from their NFL careers, crack jokes and, of course, break down the game from the perspective of former NFL quarterbacks.

The ManningCast has provided countless gems in its first year of airing, including Eli mistakenly flipping off the cameras, Peyton sharing a funny story about the first time he met Matthew Stafford and guests, like Pat McAfee, sharing incredible stories from their time in the NFL.

With a guest list that includes Lynch, Brady, Bird and Brees, the latest edition of the Monday night Manning Cast should pick up right where it left off.
