Report: Pittsburgh Steelers agree to terms with Levi Wallace

The Pittsburgh Steelers are adding some additional help in their secondary with the free-agent signing of cornerback Levi Wallace. According to NFL reporter Aaron Wilson, league sources report that the Steelers have come to terms with the former Buffalo Bills player.
Wallace, a former undrafted free agent, has made the most of his time in the NFL, molding himself into a reliable contributor to the Bills defense. He signed with Buffalo shortly after the 2018 draft and was able to get a few starts underneath his belt during his rookie season. Overall, he leaves Buffalo with 219 total tackles, 30 pass deflections, six interceptions, and one forced fumble.
Wilson was also able to get the details of Wallace’s contract agreement with the Steelers, which he posted later.
“Steelers signing Levi Wallace to a two-year, $8 million deal. A former undrafted free agent, Wallace thrived playing for defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier and secondary John Butler and started 52 games and had six interceptions for the Bills in the past four years,” wrote Wilson via Twitter.
Wallace proved to be quite the versatile cornerback in Buffalo. The Bills started Wallace at both the left and right corner and even in the slot during his time there. And the Steelers defense is all about flexibility, which means Wallace should be able to fit in and produce right away.

Steelers re-sign Montravius Adams
The Pittsburgh Steelers are going to keep late-season pickup Montravius Adams for two more years, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The parties agreed on a two-year, $5 million deal for the fifth-year defensive tackle on Tuesday ahead of the free agency window.
Adams, a former third-round pick by the Green Bay Packers out of Auburn, has been in the NFL since 2017. He spent the first four years of his career with the Green Bay Packers, where he had 44 tackles, four tackles for loss, six quarterback hits and 1.5 sacks in 45 games. Adams played five games with the Saints in 2021, totaling seven tackles and one tackle for loss.
After moving to the practice squad, the Saints traded him to Pittsburgh where he tallied eight tackles with one tackle for loss in four games. He also posted a sack in the Steelers’ playoff game versus the Chiefs.
Adams is a former five-star recruit. He played for Auburn from 2013 to 2016, where he had 147 total tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss, 10.5 sacks, two interceptions, three passes defended, three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and one defensive touchdown.
