2025 NASCAR Cup Series Championship odds: Betting lines updated after Atlanta

The odds for who will stand above the field as the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series champion have been updated following this past weekend’s race at EchoPark Speedway (Atlanta) in Georgia. Chase Elliott won a thrilling race at his home track under the lights.
Elliott had been accumulating a solid amount of points, but now he’s officially locked into the playoffs. He out-dueled Brad Keselowski and Alex Bowman in the final laps, two other drivers who were looking for their first win of 2025, as well.
With that in mind, FanDuel Sportsbook has released its updated betting lines for which driver will stand above all at the end of the year as champion after all of the action in Atlanta. Here’s where each wheelman stands entering the Chicago Street Race this coming weekend.

Kyle Larson (+350)
Atlanta isn’t always kind to Kyle Larson, and that was the case once again. He finished P17 over the weekend, which, all things considered, wasn’t too bad, when you look at where some of his competitors for the championship ended up.
Moving forward to Chicago, Larson had a great performance at the venue in 2023, notching a top five by finishing fourth. However, last season’s trip didn’t go so well for him, as he finished P39 after starting on the pole.
Christopher Bell (+550)
Christopher Bell started this past weekend’s race in P28, and it didn’t get much better from there on out for the Joe Gibbs Racing star. He was caught up in a wreck and finished P30 when it was all said and done.
While Bell is solid on each and every track-type, he hasn’t fared well at the Chicago Street Race yet. He’s finished P18 and P37 in the past two seasons, so he’ll be looking to bounce back in a big way in 2025.
Denny Hamlin (+650)

Denny Hamlin entered Atlanta with a ton of hype, as the No. 1-seed in the NASCAR Cup Series In-Season Challenge. He was shockingly eliminated by Ty Dillon, as the veteran wheelman was caught up in a wreck, finishing P31.
Can he bounce back in Chicago? Hamlin has struggled a bit in the street race over the past two seasons, finishing P11 and P30. He’ll be looking for win No. 4 in 2025 though, count him out at your own risk.
Ryan Blaney (+650)
Ryan Blaney entered the weekend in Atlanta looking to be in great shape. He started third when the green flag waved for the first time, but it all went by the wayside when he was caught up in a wreck, like many of his competitors. He finished dead-last in P40.
As for Chicago, Blaney finished P33 back in 2023. That wasn’t a good performance, but he notched a top ten last time around, finishing tenth. He’ll be looking for more of that in 2025.

William Byron (+750)
Like many contenders in Atlanta, William Byron was caught up in a wreck early in the race. That meant he wouldn’t be bidding for the win in Georgia, as he finished P37 when the dust settled on the track.
While others have struggled in Chicago, Byron has been solid. He finished P13 in 2023, and P8 in 2024. Those are great results for the Hendrick Motorsports wheelman, but he wants to get back to Victory Lane.
Chase Elliott (+1000)

Chase Elliott won in monumental fashion in Atlanta this past weekend. The sport’s most popular wheelman reminded the world that he’s a past champion in his own right, making an impressive charge to the front in the final laps to lock himself into the playoffs.
Looking ahead, Elliott finished third during NASCAR’s first iteration of the Chicago Street Race, so he was naturally one of the favorites heading into 2024. He finished P21 in that one, so we’ll see which version of Elliott we get in 2025.
Joey Logano (+1300)
After starting on the pole, Joey Logano was named as one of the favorites for this past weekend’s race. Atlanta is one of his top tracks, but it wasn’t meant to be. The three-time champion was caught up in an accident, and he finished P36.
Back in 2023, Logano finished eighth at Chicago. Then, he followed that up with a P23 finish last July. He’s looking for win No. 2 on the season, and while this would be a surprise, it’s not out of the realm of possibility for the reigning champ.
Tyler Reddick (+1300)
It’s been an uneven 2025 for Tyler Reddick. He still doesn’t have a win, but he won a stage in Atlanta, and notched a top five, coming home P4 when the checkered flag waved. Certainly a promising performance.
Reddick almost got the job done in Chicago last season, falling just short behind Alex Bowman. He’s always fast in the street race, so perhaps this is exactly what he needs to get back to Victory Lane, in the city Michael Jordan made his name.
