2025 NASCAR Cup Series Championship odds: Betting lines updated after Pocono

The odds for who will stand above the field as the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series champion have been updated following this past weekend’s race at Pocono Raceway. Chase Briscoe saved just enough gas, holding off Denny Hamlin for the win in Pennsylvania at the Tricky Triangle.
Now that Briscoe’s locked into the playoffs, he’s playing with some house money this summer. His first chance at racing freer than ever will come in Atlanta this weekend, as the campaign moves forward to the freshly-named EchoPark Speedway in Georgia, in what should be a doozy of a night race on Saturday evening.
With that in mind, DraftKings Sportsbook has released its updated betting lines for which driver will stand above all at the end of the year as champion after all of the action at Pocono. Here’s where each wheelman stands entering Atlanta this coming weekend, following the fun in the mountains.

Kyle Larson (+330)
Kyle Larson didn’t start the race well at Pocono, but he got it going later in the race. He notched a top ten, finishing P7 in Pennsylvania.
Atlanta has been a house of horrors for Larson, but he found his footing earlier this season. He finished third after previously finishing P37, P32, P36 and P31 — we’ll see if it’s a sign of things to come, or if he regresses back to the median this time around.
Christopher Bell (+500)
It was a surprising afternoon for Christopher Bell at Pocono. While his teammates celebrated a 1-2 finish, Bell came home P17. That’s far below the standard he’s set for himself in 2025.
Bell was victorious in Atlanta earlier this season. It was the first of his three consecutive wins. However, he hasn’t won since his little streak. We’ll see if he can kick-off a new run in Georgia this weekend.
Denny Hamlin (+550)

Denny Hamlin came close to his fourth win of the season at Pocono. Chase Briscoe had just enough gas, and the veteran wheelman had to settle for being the runner-up on Sunday afternoon. Still, it was an awesome day for Hamlin.
Atlanta hasn’t been too kind to Hamlin throughout his career. He’s only won at the track once, back in 2012. That was well before the reconfiguration, which should’ve worked in his favor. Maybe he’ll brave the track this weekend and get the dub.
Ryan Blaney (+550)
Ryan Blaney won in 2024 at Pocono Raceway, and he was hoping to repeat. He came up just short in Pennsylvania, finishing third. Still, a podium finish isn’t anything to scoff at for the Team Penske wheelman.
Atlanta has been a great track for Blaney, he just hasn’t won. In the past couple of seasons, he’s finished P4, P3 and P2. Only one left to go — there’s a reason he’s DraftKings’ favorite this weekend.

William Byron (+700)
A qualifying wreck set the stage for a rough weekend for William Byron. His car looked great, but his performance didn’t match. He finished P27.
Byron won in Atlanta back in July of 2023. Still looking for his second win of the season, it’s not hard to discern why the Hendrick Motorsports star is one of the favorites entering this weekend’s event in Georgia.
Chase Elliott (+1200)

Chase Elliott continued his consistent 2025 at Pocono. The Hendrick Motorsports star finished P5 on the afternoon, delivering his fans something to cheer in the mountains.
There won’t be anyone more popular than Elliott in Atlanta this weekend. He has one win at the track, and that came back in 2022. There’s no better time like the present for him to take the checkered flag in his home state.
Tyler Reddick (+1200)
A P32 finish is not what Tyler Reddick expected heading into Pocono. It was a brutal weekend as a whole for 23XI Racing, as all three of their cars finished in P32 or worse. We guess it could’ve been even more disappointing for Reddick.
Reddick will be looking to simply stack solid performances over the next couple of weeks, beginning with Atlanta. His best finish here is fifth, so there’s a precedent for success for the 23XI Racing wheelman.
Joey Logano (+1200)
Joey Logano couldn’t find his footing at Pocono. It’s always been a mixed bag for him in his Cup Series career, and that was the case again this past weekend, as the reigning champion finished P16.
Last season, Logano won the playoff opener at Atlanta, which directly led to his third championship. Earlier this year, he finished P12 at the track. He’s certainly a threat once again to get to Victory Lane in Georgia.
