How to watch Clemson at North Carolina

Time: Oct. 4, Noon ET

Location: Kenan Stadium, Chapel Hill, N.C.

The Clemson-North Caroilna game was seen as one of the more intriguing on the schedule ahead of the 2025 season. Swinney has won multiple national championships with the Tigers while Belichick is in his first year at the college level after a Hall of Fame-caliber career in the NFL, largely with the New England Patriots.

As he reflected on his relationship with Swinney, Belichick offered high praise. The two got to know each other well while scouting Clemson players over the years.

“We’re all learning from Dabo,” Belichick said in July. “That’s very nice of him to say that. Very complementary. Dabo’s been a friend for a long time. We’ve scouted his players from the NFL down. Some of the players that are here today, you know, I actually thought, ‘Well, maybe we’ll be drafting one of these guys.’ Now, here we are gonna be playing against them.”

Clemson and North Carolina is now an even more interesting matchup considering some of the crazy results in the ACC to start the year. It will also help kick off the first Saturday slate of games in October.
