Dak Prescott provides NSFW reaction to Quinnen Williams trade

The New York Jets made the two biggest moves of the NFL trade deadline, moving on from two star defensive players. New Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Quinnen Williams is one of them, getting some nice draft capital in return. It’s a blockbuster move for the Cowboys just hours after losing at home on Monday Night Football.
To say people inside the building are excited would be an understatement. Quarterback Dak Prescott was asked about Williams joining the Cowboys and he let his thoughts be known.
“I’m f***ing pumped,” Prescott said via Nick Harris of The Fort Worth Star-Telegram. “You can quote me on that.”
Prescott may not directly benefit from the Williams trade. He plays more into the hands of defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus, who desperately needed some talent upgrades. Williams provides that, hoping to be a big-time run stopper, while adding to an emerging pass rush.
But Prescott does find himself in the business of attempting to win a Super Bowl with Dallas. There are still flaws on the Cowboys’ roster, mainly in the defensive back-end. However, you cannot deny that the team got better due to the Williams addition.

Unfortunately, the debut of Williams will have to wait a little longer than normal. Dallas enjoys a bye week before getting right back on ESPN for Monday Night Football. This time, they go up against the Las Vegas Raiders. If the goal is to win now and find a way to sneak into the playoffs, a win is likely required.
Quinnen Williams excites Dak Prescott and for good reason
Williams being among one of the top defensive tackles in the NFL is nothing new. Despite the Jets struggling, teams across the league have respected Williams for some time. New York drafted him with the No. 3 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft after an incredible career under Nick Saban at Alabama.
Three Pro Bowls are on the resume, plus a first-team All-Pro in 2022. As for this season, Williams was building a great season through eight games before the trade. He has 32 total tackles, seven tackles for a loss, three quarterback hits, and one sack.
Dallas will be hoping those types of numbers follow him to the Lone Star State. The position group continues to see fresh faces after adding Kenny Clark just before the regular season. Quickly, the room has become a deep one for the Cowboys.
