Dallas Cowboys cheerleader hit in the head by Brandon Aubrey kick

Dallas Cowboys (7-9) kicker Brandon Aubrey is known for his pinpoint accuracy on the gridiron. We got another example of that on Sunday, though this one wasn’t for going through the uprights.
This time, Aubrey smoked one out of bounds on a second quarter kickoff against the Washington Commanders (11-5). The ball nailed a Cowboys cheerleader directly in the head after a cameraman couldn’t reel it in.
Fortunately, the cheerleader appeared to be just fine, though she’ll likely want to find cover the next time Aubrey is kicking off.

Aubrey, meanwhile, is once again having a stellar season for the Cowboys. After enjoying a breakout campaign in 2023, Aubrey earned his second consecutive Pro Bowl nod in 2024. Through 16 games, he’s converted 36-of-43 attempts, including 14-of-17 from 50 yards or more.
“It’s a big honor to be named to the Pro Bowl by peers, fans and the media,” Aubrey said earlier this week. “It means a lot to me. It’s a really cool honor and something I don’t take lightly. I’m gonna keep working to hopefully make that three.”
