Daytona 500 sells out for ninth consecutive year ahead of 2024 NASCAR season

For the ninth year in a row, NASCAR and Daytona International Speedway have announced the Daytona 500 is sold out. This time, it comes before December of 2023! The 2024 edition of The Great American Race will be nothing short of amazing with a packed crowd in the grandstands and campgrounds.
Now, there are still some reserved grandstand seats, folks will be selling off their tickets soon enough. So, don’t give up if you are planning on making the big race. However, it’s going to be tough to get.
NASCAR is celebrating Champions Week. Along with those festivities in Nashville, we have a Daytona 500 sellout early, the 2025 media rights deal was announced, and we still have more offseason topics to go!
By the way, this is the earliest that the Daytona 500 has sold out in the modern era (since 1972).
I don’t know about you folks, but I’m about ready for the Busch Light Clash and Daytona 500. Let’s get through Christmas and New Year’s and then we’re on the downhill side of this offseason.

Daytona 500 champions help announce sellout
The folks at Daytona International Speedway got together to make this announcement. Speedway President Frank Kelleher talked about the 75th season of NASCAR, the 2023 season at Daytona, and made the big announcement for the 500.
Of course, Daytona hosts a lot of events, and they might even host some NFL games soon. NASCAR, Welcome to Rockville music festival, the 24 Hours at Daytona, Bike Week with Supercross – it’s a busy season every season at the World Center of Racing.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Michael Waltrip were in attendance as well at the Daytona event. The 2023 champion and the 2001, 2003 champion, talked about what it means to win the race and how it changes your life.
For the 2024 Daytona 500, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is going to try and go back-to-back along with Cottonelle on the car, just like this season.
