Eli Manning trolled his brother, Peyton Manning, in front of President George W. Bush during the Week 11 edition of the ManningCast. The former New York Giants quarterback showed Bush a painting he made of himself and his brother. In the painting, Eli made Peyton’s forehead cartoonishly large, as he has made fun of his forehead over the years. When Bush saw it, he said the painting was “beautiful.”

“I think it’s beautiful,” George W. Bush said. At first, Bush didn’t realize it was Peyton who had the large forehead in the painting. When the 43rd President of the United States realized it was Peyton, he said, “That’s embarrassing. Peyton, I would be mad if I were you.”

The reason Bush was on the show with Eli Manning and Peyton Manning is that he is a Dallas Cowboys fan, and the Cowboys were playing the Las Vegas Raiders. Earlier this month, Bush attended a Cowboys game with his wife, Laura Bush. The couple attended the game one day before George W. Bush’s Vice President, Dick Cheney, died at the age of 84.

Eli Manning one step close to reaching Hall of Fame

Eli Manning seemed to have fun trolling Peyton on the ManningCast in front of a former President. And as he continues to cover Monday Night Football games on ESPN2, the two-time Super Bowl champion quarterback is waiting to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Manning is among the 52 Modern-Era Players who have advanced in the voting process of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2026. He is looking to join Peyton, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2021.

Earlier this year, Eli Manning talked about not making the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2025. “I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be my night, and I understand that. I’m totally at peace,” Manning told NFL Network’s Jamie Erdahl, via Jeremy Bergman of NFL.com. “It’s not gonna change my outlook on my career and how I feel about it.”
