Falcons RB Bijan Robinson reveals goal for rest of 2025 season: 'Get better every single week'

Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson is having a huge 2025 season, and it looks like he’s ready to take his game to the next level. On3 recently spoke to Robinson, and he revealed the individual goal he set for himself for the rest of the year.
“Just get better every single week. Make sure that I’m getting better for this team, spiritually, mentally, on the field, off the field,” Bijan Robinson told On3. “That’s my goal for the rest of the season. I feel like when I do that and when I can provide that for this team, then everything else will take care of itself. So I want to continue to stay focused on all the right things for this team and what we have going on, so I can be at my best self when it comes to game day, and I’m ready to perform at a high level.”
Robinson currently leads the NFL in yards from scrimmage with 822 yards (484 rushing, 383 receiving). His rushing yards rank third in the NFL, and he has the longest rushing attempt in the league this year (81).
Earlier this month, Robinson was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for September. And after recording 238 scrimmage yards in the Falcons’ 24-14 victory over the Buffalo Bills on Monday night, the former Texas Longhorns star was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week.

Is the game slowing down for Bijan Robinson?
The Falcons selected Robinson in the first round (No. 8 overall) in the 2023 NFL Draft, and he tallied 1,463 yards from scrimmage in his rookie season. In 2022, Robinson was selected to the Pro Bowl after posting 1,887 scrimmage yards and 15 total touchdowns.
By the looks of things, Robinson will have over 2,000 total yards before the season ends. Does this mean the game is slowing down for him?
“It has. It’s slowed down,” Robinson stated. “I feel like it’s almost completely slowed down for me when it comes to me running the football and pass catching, just because I felt from your first year to your third year, that’s when the biggest growth happens. No matter what position, no matter who you are as a player, obviously, your first year coming in, things are fast, things are flying, you’re trying to figure out everything. But then, from your third year, that’s when things are just starting to click for you as a player. So that’s why I feel like my confidence has grown a lot.”
