Florida and Colorado face off on Friday in the first round of March Madness, representing the No. 7 and No 10 seeds of the South Region of this year’s NCAA Tournament.

The Gators impressed in the SEC Tournament, making it all the way to the final as the No. 6 seed before falling to Auburn. With Colorado also making it to the Pac-12 Tournament final and defeating Boise State in their First Four matchup to punch their ticket to round one.

Both squads have real potential to make some noise in the tournament given their recent hot streaks, but only one will advance. Here’s everything you’ll need to know from how to watch to who you should bet ahead of the Gators and Buffaloes showdown.
