Ahead of their matchup this week, the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears have made their injury reports available from Wednesday’s practice. Packers cornerback Kevin King and Bears linebacker Khalil Mack are among the players that did not participate in team practices on Wednesday. Bears rookie quarterback Justin Fields participated fully in practice despite his own injuries.

Packers and Bears injury list

Did Not Practice – Packers: CB Kevin King(Shoulder), T Dennis Kelly(Back)

Cornerback Jaire Alexander did not appear on the injury report this week as he was placed on injured reserve for his shoulder injury. The Packers hope that he will return healthy without needing surgery, as surgery would end his season. New to the injury list is another key defensive back in Kevin King. King’s shoulder is also hurt, and the Packers are hopeful that he will return quickly with Alexander already missing.

Did Not Practice – Bears: LB Khalil Mack(Foot), WR Allen Robinson II(Ankle), LB Caleb Johnson(Knee), TE J.P. Holtz(Quad), TE Jimmy Graham(Non-injury/resting veteran), DL Akiem Hicks(Groin)

Khalil Mack and Akiem Hicks both were unavailable for practice on Wednesday, as the pair of defensive starters recover from injuries. Mack injured his foot in week 3 against the Cleveland Browns and had to leave the field before returning in the second half. Allen Robinson II and Jimmy Graham were both unavailable as well, although Graham was rested as a precaution with no injury detailed.

Limited Participation – Packers: RB Aaron Jones(Ankle), WR Davante Adams(NIR), WR Randall Cobb(NIR), G Elgton Jenkins(Ankle), S Vernon Scott(Knee), TE Robert Tonyan(Knee)

Running back Aaron Jones continues to battle an ankle injury as he goes on his second week of limited participation in practice. Jenkins continues to improve with his ankle injury, as he was unavailable for practice this time last week. Adams and Cobb both were limited due to non-injury reasons, as the pair of receivers have nothing officially designated as an injury.

Limited Participation – Bears: LB Christian Jones(Back), WR Darnell Mooney(Groin), RB Damien Williams(Foot/knee)

Darnell Mooney and Damien Williams both were limited on Wednesday, a concern as the Bears have several key offensive players battling injury. If Robinson is unavailable or not at full strength, Mooney’s injury status will become increasingly important. Williams’ health is also worth watching as quarterback Justin Fields continues to adapt to the NFL game while dealing with injuries of his own.

Full Participation – Packers: DL Jack Heflin(Ankle), C/G Josh Myers(Finger)

Myers was a full participant in practice on Wednesday after being unavailable Wednesday of last week. His return will be a welcome addition to the offensive line as Jenkins is still limited. Heflin returns to full practice as well, a helpful piece of the Packers depth on defense.

Full Participation – Bears: DB Xavier Crawford(Back), DB Duke Shelley(Ankle), QB Justin Fields(Rib/knee), LB Joel Iyiegbuniwe(Hamstring), LB Danny Trevathan(Knee)

Danny Trevathan was a full participant in practice as the Bears look for him to bolster their linebacker corps with Mack injured. Justin Fields was a full participant as well despite injuries to his ribs and knee. Crawford and Shelley will help keep the depth in the Bears’ secondary as both were fully available on Wednesday as well.
