Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase have an innate connection that can’t be taught. However, even their relationship isn’t immune from a little ribbing.

Throughout the NFL playoffs, the only thing that’s been better than Burrow‘s play has been his fashion sense. The star quarterback has brought out the best of his closet for the stretch run. Still, it hasn’t been enough for Chase‘s taste.

In one of the best exchanges from the week leading up to the Super Bowl, Burrow was told the rough news that Chase didn’t rank him as one of the more stylish on the Cincinnati Bengals.

“That’s pretty disappointing,” Burrow stated, when told Chase didn’t rank him in the top five most stylish on the team. “He gives me a lot of compliments in how I dress. Might have to talk to him about that one.”

Classic. Either Chase is hyping up Burrow behind to his face and telling the media a different story, or he just doesn’t want his quarterback to get too big of an ego. Either way, the eyes of the football world will be on Burrow and Chase on the field — as well as their outfits before the big game.

Ed Orgeron reveals why Joe Burrow is more valuable than Ja’Marr Chase

Furthermore, former LSU coach Ed Orgeron joined the Dan Patrick Show prior to Super Bowl 56 to speak about his former Tigers stars, Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase. During the interview, Patrick wondered who was more important to the Tigers when Orgeron was recruiting between Burrow and Chase.

“Well, both are different,” answered Orgeron. “I think that Ja’Marr was committed to Florida. He was in the state of Louisiana, but I needed a quarterback. Joe set the tempo for everybody. So, I got to say it’s Joe. But that’s a hard question.”

Burrow gets a lot of the credit for turning LSU around, even from Orgeron. Without the star quarterback captaining the offense, the Tigers could’ve been a collection of talent that never reached their full potential. However, with Burrow at the helm, they elevated to one of the greatest teams to ever grace the field.

Nevertheless, both stars may have been lesser without each-other. It’s evident that Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase are stronger together, and all the pair does is win when on the field. After bringing a championship to LSU, the former Tigers stars are looking to bring a Lombardi Trophy to Cincinnati for the first time ever.
