Michigan State will travel to Lincoln to take on Nebraska in Week 6. It’s a doozy of a matchup that could help shape the Big Ten and where we go from here in 2025.

According to BetMGM Sportsbook, Nebraska is a 10.5-point favorite over Michigan State. The over-under has been set at 53.5 points.

The Spartans are on a two-game win-streak over the Cornhuskers at the moment. However, Nebraska possesses the better record, as they’re 9-4 against Michigan State all time.

Their first game against one another came back in 1914, and Nebraska started hot, winning seven straight over Michigan State. The Spartans have roared back in recent seasons, and they’re looking to make it three in a row in Week 6.

The last time these two teams met was back on Nov. 4, 2023. It was only a three-point win for Michigan State in East Lansing, with Montorie Foster Jr. catching a 20-yard touchdown from Sam Leavitt to lift the Spartans. Much has changed since then, but the rivalry remains.
