Mike Evans injury: Bucs WR exits to locker room vs. Ravens

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-2) receiver Mike Evans exited to the locker room after reaggravating his hamstring injury in the second quarter of Monday’s Week 7 home contest against the Baltimore Ravens (4-2).
Evans came into the game questionable with a hamstring injury he sustained in the Week 6 win over the New Orleans Saints (2-5). Tampa Bay removed him from the injury report Saturday, declaring him good to go for Monday Night Football.
The 31-year-old reaggravated his hamstring after dropping a would-be touchdown with 7:31 remaining in the second quarter. Evans immediately grabbed his right hamstring and looked to be in significant pain in the back of the end zone. Evans, who went down the tunnel and into the locker room, has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Bucs lose Mike Evans in MNF matchup vs. Ravens
With Evans sidelined, the Buccaneers will rely on Chris Godwin, Sterling Shepard, Jalen McMillan and Cade Otton in the passing attack. Tampa Bay came into the game with the No. 3 scoring offense in the league, averaging 29.7 points per game.
Evans has been a big part of that. He leads the NFL with six receiving touchdowns after his 25-yard score in the first quarter. The touchdown catch was the 100th of Evans’ career.
