NASCAR playoff standings, Cup points updated after AdventHealth400 at Kansas Speedway

The NASCAR Cup Series playoff and points standings have been updated following Sunday’s AdventHealth 400 at Kansas Speedway. Kyle Larson cruised to his third victory of the season in dominant fashion, leading 221-of-267 laps after starting on the pole.

With the win, Larson has overtaken Christopher Bell atop the playoff standings. Larson now has 23 playoff points to Bell’s 16. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is the last driver above the cutline, just seven points ahead of Ryan Preece.

NASCAR Cup points updated after Kansas

Larson is also the undisputed leader in the points standings. He is now 35 points ahead of William Byron, who is 50 ahead of Bell. Denny Hamlin dropped four spots to seventh after a DNF at Kansas. Josh Berry, meanwhile, advanced seven positions to 17th with a P6 result.
