NASCAR playoff standings, Cup points updated after Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway

The NASCAR playoffs standings and Cup Series points have been updated following the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Ross Chastain won the race, which has unofficially launched the second half of the 2025 regular season.
Now that NASCAR’s longest race is over, the countdown begins for the playoffs. Here’s a look at the updated playoff standings and Cup points.
Updated playoff standings after Coca-Cola 600
Chastain became the eighth driver to clinch a spot in the playoffs with his win at Charlotte. The 32-year-old has now won six races in 236 starts in the Cup Series.
Kyle Larson and Christopher Bell remain on top of the playoff standings. They are the only drivers to win three races each.

Updated Cup points after NASCAR Charlotte race
William Byron continues to stay on top of the Cup points standings, but Larson is not far behind. Bell, Chase Elliott and Tyler Reddick round out the top five.
Elliott has been consistent this season despite not winning a race. The 29-year-old has earned seven top-10 finishes and has not finished outside the top 20 so far this year.
