Week 13 is upon us, and the Big Ten race is tightening. A wonderful matchup is on the docket for the conference, as Nebraska will travel to University Park to take on Penn State in what should be a humdinger of a game.

According to BetMGM Sportsbook, Penn State is a 10-point favorite over Nebraska. Additionally, the over-under has been set at 44.5 points.

While these two squads have shared a conference for a number of seasons, they don’t play as often as you would think. Penn State and Nebraska last faced off back in 2020, when the Cornhuskers defended home field advantage and won by seven against the Nittany Lions.

It helped them take a two-game advantage in the all-time series with Penn State. Nebraska currently leads a close margin, as they have ten wins to eight losses against the Nittany Lions. They’re hoping to make it back-to-back wins over Penn State this time around.

Whether they’re able to or not remains to be seen. Time will tell, but Nebraska has their future set under Matt Rhule, while Penn State’s a little murkier. Perhaps this will become a heavyweight matchup in the future, but until then, the game still must be played. It all counts the same.
