The New Orleans Saints are reportedly signing free agent wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown for the 2024 NFL season, according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport. St. Brown, brother of Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, spent the last two seasons with the Chicago Bears. Prior to the Bears, he was with the Green Bay Packers for four seasons.

In his first six seasons in the league, St. Brown has accumulated 63 catches and 928 yards in 60 games played. He has just two career touchdown receptions, one each with the Bears and the Packers.

He played the last two seasons on two one-year deals for the Bears. He signed for just under a million for the 2022 season, then for $1.165 in 2023.

The Packers drafted St. Brown out of Notre Dame with the No. 207 overall pick in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. At Notre Dame, he played under head coach Brian Kelly who is now at LSU.

With the Saints, St. Brown will catch passes from quarterback Derek Carr. Carr had 3,878 passing yards last season while taking New Orleans to a 9-8 finish.
