New York Giants DE Kayvon Thibodeaux calls Eagles fans 'literally f****** idiots'

New York Giants defensive end Kayvon Thibodeaux took a shot at Philadelphia Eagles fans, calling them idiots. Well, there was a NSFW phrase thrown in there as well.
Thibodeaux is on record saying he doesn’t like fans hailing from Philadelphia sporting midnight, or Kelly, green shirts and jerseys. It’s been tough for the former Oregon product to see the Eagles practically run the NFC over the last three years since he’s been in the league.
Still, it didn’t stop him from taking his shot. And that is no doubt going to be used as bulletin board material for the Eagles and their fans.
“Is it true that Eagles fans are actually like, not smart?” Thibodeaux asked on Cold as Balls with Kevin Hart. “No (expletive), like, I know you’re one of them, so I get it, like, 2.2 (GPA) I get it, There are statistics that you guys are like, literally (expletive) idiots.”
Overall, Thibodeaux has seen the Eagles for three seasons out of college, including the playoffs (five games, missed two). He has a total of 15 tackles and one tackle for loss.
In total, Thibodeaux, the former No. 5 overall pick, has 127 tackles, 26 tackles for loss, 21 sacks, six forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, 11 pass deflections and one defensive touchdown to his name. He’s regarded as one of the most important players on the Giants’ defense if they are to take a step forward in 2025.

The Eagles aren’t the only NFC East foe Thibodeaux can’t stand. He also took a shot at the Dallas Cowboys back in February. He and former Dallas receiver Dez Bryant recently got into a social media feud, calling out the Giants roster by saying Malik Nabers was the only player “who’s legit.” From there, the two went back and forth for quite a while.
“Yeah, f**k the Cowboys,” Thibodeaux said. “Much love to Dez. He’s a media connoisseur and me, I just like to roast people. So when the offseason comes and I just got a little more free time, why not? Why not give the fans something to see?”
The Giants will see the Cowboys on the road in Week 2 in 2025, set for a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff on FOX. But Thibodeaux will have to wait for Thursday, October 9th, to play the Eagles when Philadelphia comes to town.
Three weeks later, he and New York go to Philly to face the defending champs. A warm welcome is not expected.
