This week, former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo got her future mother-in-law perhaps the best gift any NFL mom has received. Culpo, fiancee of San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffreypurchased a suite at Allegiant Stadium for McCaffrey’s mother, Lisa, to watch her son in Super Bowl LVIII against the Chiefs.

The suites for the big game cost roughly $2.5 million, but even if you’re not a millionaire in a suite, tickets are incredibly expensive this weekend. Even nosebleed seats have reached five-digit prices. McCaffrey’s mother claimed on Culpo’s podcast last week that VIP seats would be too rich even for the happy couple’s blood.

“We looked into a suite and none of us can afford it,” Lisa said. “Not even Christian, money bags over there — nor money bags Olivia,” she said on Culpo’s podcast, “Your Mom.”

“Happy birthday Lisa I bought you a suite,” Culpo wrote on her social media, following up on the claims that the family wouldn’t be in an exclusive box for the big game.

McCaffrey has been dating Culpo since 2019. The pair got engaged four years into their relationship and they’re now headed to the alter. While the 49ers star running back has plenty in the bank, Culpo’s also accumulated a fast net worth, estimated between seven to 10 million.

If McCaffrey and the 49ers win the Lombardi Trophy this weekend, it would be the first time a father-son duo won a title with the same franchise. His father, Ed, won three Super Bowls during his playing career, including one with San Francisco.

McCaffrey’s mother boycotting Taylor Swift this week

Some San Francisco 49ers are making a big adjustment to their listening habits this week, including Christian McCaffrey‘s mother Lisa. Lisa McCaffrey, who admitted this week that she has Taylor Swift songs on her running playlist, told listeners on a podcast that she is boycotting the singer until after the 49ers play the Chiefs in the Super Bowl on Sunday.

She went so far as to say that the multi-platinum artist is “dead to us,” as long as she and her boyfriend Travis Kelce are in direct competition with her son.

Speaking on Olivia Culpo’s podcast, Lisa said, “I refuse to listen to Taylor Swift songs for the next couple days.”

“I love her, I love the relationship, but we are boycotting any T. Swift songs,” she added on ‘Your Mom.’ “If she pops up on the radio station… nope. She’s dead to us this week.”

Swift will be in attendance at Super Bowl LVIII, despite performing shows in Tokyo, Japan later this week. Many stars are hoping to jump into her private suite at the game, including former Lakers star Shaquille O’Neal.
