Sports reporter Pablo Torre hinted at new stories coming involving Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson soon. He didn’t break any new news Wednesday, but he teased he was working on something involving the now-infamous couple.

Belichick is gearing up for his first season at North Carolina. Meanwhile, Hudson has been quiet lately, following some PR nightmares and reports revealing how much creative control she had or was trying to garner over Belichick and his media affairs.

All Torre would say is that he has something cooking. Whatever that means, people will be on edge to hear the latest surrounding Belichick off the field with the college football season two months away.

“It’s funny. I don’t have anything to break with you exclusively, other than to say that I got some stuff cooking,” Torre said on The Dan Patrick Show. “As much as people think that I’ve become a real journalist because of this NFLPA story, nope, I’m still in the mud, Dan. I look forward to calling you from the mud hopefully sooner, rather than later.”

More Bill Belichick, Jordon Hudson drama to come?

When Belichick’s buyout dropped from $10 million to $1 million on June 1st, many looked at it as the day he might leave college football before truly beginning. But Torre’s banking on Belichick being on the sidelines this season, regardless of Hudson’s role in a professional sense.

“I believe he will,” Torre said when asked if he sees Belichick coaching in 2025. “I would set the line number of seasons at North Carolina at one. I would say one. I think he’s one and done, personally.”

As previously mentioned, Belichick and Hudson’s drama has been quiet as of late. The only recent news has been Hudson throwing apparent shade at the coach’s ex-girlfriend, Linda Holliday.

The apparent beef between Hudson and Holliday allegedly spans back to a Christmas party in Nantucket. According to TMZ Sports, Holliday wanted Hudson and her beauty pageant friend Melissa Sapini to leave as she found their presence “inappropriate” due to her daughters being the featured DJs.

Hudson took to social media to congratulate Sapini on completing her pageant run with a crown. But in a lengthy post, Hudson appeared to refer to Holliday, as TMZ pointed out.

“I know you will keep shining,” Hudson wrote to Sapini on her Instagram page, “Metamorphosing and taking up space; even when others threaten you and insist that you don’t belong, e.g. the ‘Nantucket Socialites’ …”

At one point during the alleged incident, Holliday allegedly told Sapini if she “valued her current title, she should think twice about who her friends are,” per TMZ. Holliday also allegedly said she “had many powerful friends in the pageant organization.”
