President Donald Trump has arrived at MetLife Stadium in Marine One ahead of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. Trump is attending Sunday’s final between Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea with his wife, First Lady Melania Trump.

The President arrived in style within the HMX-1 Squadron. Watch Trump, along with the rest of Marine One, fly past the stadium ahead of Sunday’s championship match below.

Trump is attending the matchup in anticipation of next year’s FIFA World Cup, which will be held in North America in 2026. MetLife Stadium will also be the site of the World Cup final.

He announced his intention to travel to the event during a taped interview on Fox News with his daughter-in-law Lara Trump, but made no other indication that he was scheduled to attend the event, per AP.

Marine One landed in Teterboro, New Jersey, just northeast of MetLife Stadium. It wasn’t long after the President landed that he made it into the stadium and into his seat. He was just in time to sing along to the ‘Star Spangled Banner,’ ahead of kickoff.

Even if North America wasn’t hosting the event next year, the President is a well-known sports fan. He often attends major sporting events and is often in attendance at UFC pay-per-views alongside promoter Dana White. He even plans to hold a UCF event on the White House grounds next year.

Now, Trump will be looking on as PSG looks to make history by winnings its fourth major title of the season. They’ve previously toppled Ligue 1 in April, Coupe de France in May and the Champions League one week later. PSG bounced Inter Milan 5-0 in an uncompetitive final.

PSG won in similar fashion during Wednesday’s semifinal match against Real Madrid, winning 4-0 to advance to Sunday’s final. Meanwhile, Chelsea advanced after a 2-0 victory over Fluminense on Tuesday.

Paris Saint-Germain is 5-1 in club play coming into the final, and they’ve outscored their opponents 16-1 overall. They also have a victory over German champions, Bayern Munich, who PSG defeated 2-0 in the quarterfinal round.

Paris Saint-Germain has five wins against just one loss, outscoring their opponents 16-1. A number of their wins have come against big-name opponents, including the German champions in Bayern Munich. PSG defeated Bayern Munich 2-0 in the quarterfinals. Fans can watch the final live on TBS as PSG looks to make history.

For Donald Trump, it’ll be 371 days until the World Cup final takes place in MetLife Stadium — likely the next time he’ll be attending a FIFA event. Until then, PSG and Chelsea will be looking to make a lasting impression on the United States President.
