Quinshon Judkins arrest: 911 audio from alleged victim revealed

Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins was arrested this past Saturday afternoon in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and charged with battery and domestic violence. The woman who accused Judkins of punching her in the mouth while they were in a car together on July 8 told police four days later that she was still in pain and still had “visible bruises,” per the 911 audio from the Broward Sheriff’s Office obtained by TMZ Sports.
The woman said she did not report the incident immediately when it happened “because I thought we could work through it and obviously, we couldn’t, so I’m trying to do the right thing now.” According to the police report, the woman’s flight arrived at Fort Lauderdale International Airport July 7, and she said Judkins was “showing frustration” after he read text messages from family members.
She then said she tried to explain the messages weren’t true and began to stutter, and Judkins allegedly hit her several more times in other areas of her body, including her left arm and thigh, per the report. The woman also kept traveling with him and didn’t call 911 right away because she “felt bad due to the recent success and career” of Judkins as he got ready for his NFL career. After speaking with family and friends, she opted to tell police.
