Less than two months from the Clash at Bowman Gray we are getting our first look at what Brad Keselowski and Ryan Preece will drive next NASCAR season. RFK Racing has released the 2025 Castrol paint scheme for the No. 6 and No. 60 cars.

RFK Racing is leasing a third charter from Rick Ware Racing. That, along with sponsorship from Kroger in 2025, will bring Ryan Preece to the organization.

Despite having struggled at Stewart-Haas Racing, there is a lot of excitement around Ryan Preece. He is still seen as a valuable talent and it is not a surprise that he was able to land a ride for 2025.

Now he is going to be looking great in this Castrol paint scheme. The 6 and 60 cars will have the same design, only the number will be different.

Brad Keselowski is a team owner that is forward-thinking. RFK Racing is heavily involved not just in NASCAR racing but also in technologies related to racing and other industries. There is a whole engineering and technical apparatus behind the scenes.

What I like about RFK is that they have an identity. They are the team for fans who like to tinker and look at the fine details. Keselowski is one of those guys. He wants to know how it all works, the Keselowski family is used to building their own race cars and Brad is no different.

The Castrol design for 2025 looks amazing. Those red and green lines are going to pop on the race track next season.

Will RFK Racing improve in 2025?

With a roster of Brad Keselowski, Chris Buescher, and Ryan Preece RFK Racing has a chance to really take the next step in 2025. Getting Buescher and Keselowski back to the playoffs is the expectation.

By adding a third team, this means that RFK will have more data. Another team means more data and that means that they can build more resources and dial their cars in better on Sundays. At least, that is the idea, right?

There is always the downside of adding another team. More money, no results, and not much is figured out by the data from this team. Something tells me that RFK is going to do a good job utilizing this new team and all that they get back from it.

RFK Racing is making moves. Now we just have to wait until 2025 to see how this all shakes out. Is this Ryan Preece’s big breakthrough?
