Ricky Stenhouse Jr. wears infamous camo shorts from Kyle Busch fight at 2025 All-Star Race

You might recognize Ricky Stenhouse‘s pit road fit ahead of Sunday’s NASCAR All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway. Remember those now-infamous neon camo shorts Stenhouse was wearing at last year’s All-Star Race when he threw a punch at Kyle Busch and ignited an all-out brawl?
Yep, he’s wearing ’em again. With a big smile on his face, at that, as captured by Dustin Long of NBC Sports.
Stenhouse and Busch stole the show at last year’s All-Star Race — off the racetrack, that is. The incident stemmed from Busch putting Stenhouse into the wall just two laps into the 200-lap exhibition. Stuck in the infield of North Wilkesboro with nowhere to go, Stenhouse had 198 laps to decide how he was going to handle seeing Busch after the race.
Stenhouse, who threatened to fight Busch while speaking with media immediately after the wreck, stayed true to his word. Stenhouse fired the first shot, a right hook at Busch, resulting in a brawl between their respective teams. NASCAR fined Stenhouse $75,000 for his role in the incident.

Sunday’s All-Star Race features a new “promoter’s caution” that can come any time between Lap 100-220 of the 250-lap race. Speedway Motorsports CEO Marcus Smith has the authority to throw the caution unless he hasn’t thrown it and a natural caution comes out after Lap 200.

Saturday, Bob Pockrass of FOX Sports asked Busch what lap he believes the caution will come. Busch answered, “Do we want to put money on if I create a natural caution or I let Marcus throw a caution?”
Stenhouse came across the video on social media. He made sure to let Busch know that if he creates a natural caution, he better pick someone else.
“Just a heads up, may want to pick a different driver this year,” Stenhouse wrote on X.
Will there be more fisticuffs between Stenhouse and Busch? Fans will surely be watching with anticipation if they’re next to each other on the racetrack.
